WNY Manufacturing & Tech Workforce Coalition – 2025 Annual Progress Report
The WNY Manufacturing & Tech Workforce Coalition Annual Progress Report highlights the continued growth and impact of a coordinated regional workforce model designed to align training with employer demand and expand access to careers in advanced manufacturing and technology.
The report details progress across a multi-partner ecosystem, including 66 employer partners and a growing network of training and workforce organizations, expanded training programs, deeper employer engagement, and measurable outcomes in enrollment, completion, and job placement. Program graduates have generated a cumulative economic impact of more than $18 million.
It also outlines lessons learned, promising practices, and a roadmap for scaling workforce solutions that strengthen regional competitiveness and create pathways to family-sustaining careers.
